What is the lead time for receiving my Hallway collection order? We pride ourselves on delivering beautiful, bespoke pieces, and because of that, each item is made-to-order. Our current lead time is approximately 6-8 weeks. We know the wait is long, but we’re confident it’s worth it! Our team works diligently to ensure each piece meets the highest standards before it reaches your doorstep.

Do you offer express delivery options? Currently, our Hallway collection is crafted with care and attention, which means we do not offer express delivery at this time. The 6-8 week lead time ensures that every item is made to perfection, so you can enjoy it for years to come. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way on your order’s progress!

Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed? Once your order has been confirmed, we start preparing your custom piece, which means we cannot accommodate changes. However, if you have questions or concerns about your order before we begin production, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us. We're here to help!

What if my Hallway piece arrives damaged or defective? We understand that receiving your item in perfect condition is essential. If your piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue quickly. Our goal is for you to love your new piece, and we’ll ensure we do everything we can to make that happen!

Do you offer international shipping? At the moment, we only offer UK-based shipping. However, we are exploring options for expanding internationally, so be sure to check back with us in the future. If you’re located outside the UK and would like to inquire about shipping options, feel free to reach out to us directly.

Can I return or exchange my Hallway piece? Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase, so if there are any issues, please get in touch. We're happy to help with any concerns you may have before and after your purchase.
