• Orders can be placed through our website, by phone, or via email.

• Upon placing an order, we will send an order confirmation email within 24 hours or the next working day. A contract is established only once this confirmation is sent.

• Customers must ensure all order details, including design specifications and dimensions, are accurate before finalising.

• Full payment is required before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Prices include VAT unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to changes in material costs or typographical errors.

4. Delivery
 

• We deliver using trusted logistics partners. While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

• Large items include delivery and setup at your location. All packaging materials will be removed.

• Delivery address must be accessible. Customers must inform us of any access restrictions before dispatch.

• Customers should inspect goods upon delivery and report any issues to our team immediately. Any damage must be noted on delivery paperwork and reported within 24 hours.
   

Delivery Disclaimer

Markham Reclaimed is not liable for any damage to property caused during delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure valuables are removed and spaces are protected prior to delivery.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

• For stock items, cancellations are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

• Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty.

• Refunds will exclude original delivery costs and any damages caused due to mishandling during return.

Faulty Goods
If goods are found to be defective upon delivery:

• Report issues within 7 days, providing photographic evidence.

• We will arrange a repair or replacement based on the nature of the defect.

• Variations in wood, including grain, colour, knots, or other natural features, are part of its character and are not considered defects.

• Wooden products may experience movement, warping, or shrinkage due to environmental conditions. This is a natural property of wood and is not covered under warranty.
