DELIVERY
 
UK MAINLAND DELIVERY CHARGES

ALL Orders are delivered free to mainland UK addresses.

 

OTHER UK DESTINATIONS AND INTERNATIONAL

If you live outside Mainland UK including the Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight , Isle of Man and Northern Ireland please contact us before you place an order as additional charges may apply.

We do not deliver to International destinations.

 

DELIVERY

Free UK shipping unless otherwise stated - For large items ( tables, shelving units etc )  we use a dedicated courier service,

ie ‘A man in a van! 

To ensure safe delivery of your order, all of our Tables are delivered unassembled. Easy assembly is required and all fixings and instructions are included. 

This also applies to our Shelving Units, easy assembly is required and all fixings and assembly instructions are included.

An additional charge of £75.00 applies for deliveries to Scotland and Northern Ireland. Please contact us for further information.

 

If you have any specific delivery requirements please get in touch.

For smaller items we use either Parcel Force, UPS, Tuffnells or Proovia. These national carriers provide a 24 hr or 48 hour service. We provide tracking numbers once the item is made and out for delivery. You will also receive an email to confirm. In some cases, especially with the larger or bespoke items, we will call you when it’s ready and arrange a suitable delivery time for you.

  • Please check product sizes very carefully as some pieces are quite large and heavy, please be sure they will fit through doors and up stairs etc.

 

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BE MADE?

All of our items are hand-made and therefore at the point we receive your order we will start creating your unique piece.

WALL SHELVES

Standard size wall shelves 1-2 weeks

BESPOKE shelves MADE-TO-MEASURE - 2 to 3 weeks.

 

DINING TABLES

Standard size Dining Tables 6-8 weeks

MICRO CEMENT Dining tables 8-10 weeks.

SHELVING UNITS

Standard size 4-6 weeks

BESPOKE MADE-TO-MEASURE 6-8 weeks.

CONSOLE TABLES 

Standard size 4-6 weeks

BESPOKE MADE-TO-MEASURE 6-8 weeks.

ALL OTHER FURNITURE

Please contact us for our current lead times.

ONCE YOU HAVE YOUR ITEMS

On receipt of your items please check your order carefully and advise the courier/delivery team if you feel the items could be damaged inside the packaging.

​

In the unlikely event you open the packaging and find your item is damaged please email us at info@markhamreclaimed.co.uk and if possible please take a picture of the damage so we can investigate how this has happened and make future improvements.

We will then contact you and make arrangements for a repair or replacement and collection. 

​

 
RETURNS & REFUNDS
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER BEFORE RECEIPT

If you need to cancel your order before receiving it please email us at info@markhamreclaimed.co.uk ASAP quoting your order number. We will then check if your item has already been made and/or dispatched. In most cases, if your order has been dispatched we can not recall the delivery and you will need to reject the delivery attempt. The goods will then be returned to us and we will contact you to confirm they have arrived back safely and will then process your refund.

Items marked clearance are non-refundable unless found faulty.

If you would like to return all or part of your order you are required to notify us within 14 days of the delivery date. Once we have been notified you have 14 days to return the item(s) in the original condition and packaging. If the item arrives back damaged or not in the original packaging we will contact you to advise the reduction we will have to make to your refund.

Unfortunately, we can't cover the cost of return delivery so you will have to make your own arrangements for a return, this includes large items such as tables and bookshelves.  If you require help with a return please contact us and we will assist where possible.

Return delivery costs do not affect items which are returned due to faults. 

​

Email us at info@markhamreclaimed.co.uk before you organise to return your order so we know its coming, please be sure to include a copy of your order with your returned item(s) so we know who it's from. Once the item arrives back at our workshop safely we will process the refund. If you have paid a delivery charge this will also be refunded (except where special services have been provided outside our regular service).

 We strongly recommend you use a registered service for returns as the safe return is your responsibility.
